This statement applies to those individuals who have used the website for counseling locator assistance or have gone through a consultation, and to clients, with whom there is a continuing relationship.

Information Collected
Through telephone, fax, mail, and electronic communication, personal information will be gathered, including address, telephone number, email address, budget and demographic information.

Through the aforementioned channels, financial information will also be collected, including information related to your assets, liabilities, income, and expenses as needed.

Internal Sharing
Information will be shared within Counseling Locator as needed to communicate with you, manage your account, and properly handle your requests.
